Meet with our estimator and designer to discuss your project goals in detail.
This involves an in-home consultation where we document the necessary information to provide pricing for the project. If you’d like our help with the design, we’ll also provide a design proposal that outlines our scope of services. This first meeting is very valuable for our clients because we provide helpful information and resources to demystify the design-build process.

After signing a design agreement, the real fun begins. We’ll study your homes existing conditions and take photos and measurements in order to prepare a comprehensive design. Preliminary drawings are sent to you for review. We’ll continue to meet and refine the drawings to align with your project goals and intentions.

Together we finalize the selections (“finishings & furnishings”) by meeting with vendors and subcontractors. Our team reviews all of this information and provides a final estimate and a comprehensive written job scope. We share all proposals and pricing, and then prepare a final contract for your review.

We review all of the gathered information, and answer your questions about the upcoming build process. If anything needs revising, we’ll make those final changes. Once everything is in place, we’ll sign the contract and begin ordering materials. Construction begins (and ends) in a predetermined timely manner.
